The landscape project unlike a building or a civil project does not end with its realization: it evolves end grows instead with the time. This feature is due to the variability, growth and ageing of the plants.
Basic then is the importance of the ability of the landscape architect to follow and monitor the project beyond its realization taking good care of it.
A programmatic schedule and a maintenance manual will be useful to the landscaper to take care of the garden. The plan will not be oriented towards a rigid conservation of the original vegetation but includes and foresees the changes of the vegetation respecting the growth factor.
The landscape architect, with a yearly inspection, will take care of the garden supervising its ordinary and extraordinary maintenance works managing eventual alterations of the garden.
