Not very different from the private intervention is the public one with the added challenge of a more complex legislation and a vaster audience.
The social analysis of the site is in this case extremely important as well as the keen eye that needs to be kept on maintaining the balance of the project respecting the pre existing architectural features and style.
Obviously the choice of the plants is as important in a public intervention than it is in a private one but with some substantial differences especially for a park:
- the plants will need a higher resistance to different kinds of stress and inconveniences
- lover level of maintenance
- different distribution of the wooded area, lawns and bushes.
